For sale is the hull and equipment I recently rescued from a barn in PA.  Formerly USA 456 (hull 1462) she is now in South Carolina with me but needs someone with the time to restore her to her full glory and get her racing again.  I’m planning to buy another FD and remain in the class – just one which doesn’t need the level of work this one does.  Setting a low price to help inspire someone to taker her and get her back on the water.

1462 includes:

Hull in excellent condition
Deck would benefit from a new paint job but not necessary to sail

Parts included:

Centerboard:  Mark Lindsay in good condition
Rudders: Mark Lindsay in very good condition
Sails:  one genoa and two spinnakers (all others were heavily damaged by mice)
Spars: Superspars mast & boom, one spinnaker pole
Koenig top cover (brand new)
Trailer (not road-worthy – should be replaced)
